The potatoes paprika smoked are a side dish scented with a quid more than the classic baked potato that we are used to serve and eat.
A simple recipe but by taste, choose potatoes homegrown, maybe even novels, wash them well with the baking soda, so you can also use the peel, which will give a more flavour, you can choose a paprika normal, strong or do as we do and opt for the paprika, you decide according to your tastes and, above all, on the basis of your resistance to spicy.
You could choose other spices to flavor your potatoes, like the simple rosemary or wild fennel, even if the paprika remains our favorite.
- 6 Potatoes
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
To prepare the recipe of potatoes with paprika wash and clean the potatoes with a cloth.
Cut the potatoes in half and then into wedges, put them in a bowl.
Season with the paprika, oil and salt.
Place the potatoes on a baking tray covered by baking paper.
Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C.
