The chicken with mushrooms is a simple dish to make, that does not require special care, but is also perfect for lunches or dinners the most important, with this cooking method, the meat remains tender and juicy, enhanced by the strong flavour of porcini mushrooms and a creamy sauce that forms during cooking, thanks to the starch in the flour blends with the juice of cooking of the meat and mushrooms.
For this recipe we prefer to use chicken thighs and fresh porcini mushrooms, but you can of course use any part of chicken you prefer, also chicken breasts, fleshy will be perfect, also for the choice of mushrooms, trust your taste, avoid the mushrooms, that would be a strong taste, but for the rest, you do this, you might also decide to use the mushrooms frozen, provided that they are of high quality and have great flavour.

- 4 chicken Thighs
- 1 Onion
- 50 g Butter
- 150 g porcini Mushrooms
- 200 ml Milk
- 200 ml Water
- Flour 00
- 1 bouillon cube
To prepare the recipe for chicken with mushrooms, clean the thighs from any remaining feathers, then flour in the white flour.
Get a saucepan, heat the butter and add the finely chopped onion.
Saute the onion and add the chicken coated in flour, and friggetelo on all sides.
Now add the porcini mushrooms and let cook for a few minutes.
To Unite all the water and the nut, stir and add the milk.
Cover with a lid and let it cook for about 40 minutes,remember to stir.
Little by little you will form a delicious creamy sauce, careful not to let it curdle.
Add the chopped parsley and if you like it to complete the dish.
